Think this means I'll get a Free hour at work Sunday night then as I go in at 10pm Sunday & leave 7am Monday

Clocks change Sunday morning at 2AM (I think). If you're working overnight Saturday/Sunday, it'll still work (provided you're not on hourly rate of course).

And those complaining about losing an hours sleep, go to bed earlier.

That means I have to effectively get up at 5am to watch the Grand Prix live (yes I know I could wait until 1pm but then it wouldn't be live would it...) :/

I am exactly the same, watching it live is always more interesting for some odd reason, I guess it allows you to empathise more with all the millions of others watching.
