Im just wondering if Clogs have become all the rage over there?

Not the Wooden ones you get in Holland but the ones that are made of what feels to be some type of rubber and its just a mold.

People swear they are the most comfortable things they have ever worn but i have worn them and i feel my ankle rolling in them and having bugger all support, My GF doesnt like them and thinks they are uncomfortable.
But every one else that wears them loves them!!

This is what they look like.

And they normally come in these colours:
Red, Sage, Light blue, Lime green, Purple, Orange, Pink, Black, Brown and Turquoise

So have you had the invasion of Clogs reach your shores yet?

Gayer than a gay bloke from Gaysville.
Not seen any over here but if i do i will abuse the wearer :D

Thankfully not but it's not summer yet. I'd be amazed if I see anyone wearing them, they look really uncool :/

there was a guy on skiing holiday I went on, he was a middle aged man, he used to wear them all the time, even to dinner with trousers and a jacket, then he had these 'crocs' underneath with socks ?? there was something wrong with him I wouldn't be seen dead in a pair

LOL you really need to work on those gay insults :p

lol roger that.

A friend of mine brought a pair of clogs in belgium when we were on a school trip. Wooden ones, one of the funniest things ive ever seen. Trying to walk about with bags full of choclate in a pair of clogs, on cobled streets :p

I've seen lots of people in them already. They're in all the shops ready for summer. But they're mostly pale colours that i've seen, a few bright ones. I've mostly seen people wearing them in London when i've visited so far... but I can imaging they'll be the next 'weird' trend for this summer.

Wont see them anywhere near my little footsies tho that's for sure!!

Good lord! If I am ever seen in a pair of those you have my permission to cut off my legs at the knees and then beat me to death with the soggy ends.

It would be difficult to design a gayer shoe.

People wear those for fashion? I've known people to wear them in labs and other clinical situations like hospitals/vets but for fashion? I can't see it catching on over here and where I live the city is full of fashion students.
