Clone or fresh install?

Ordering a 320GB F1 this week so that I can use my current drive purely for storage (currently partitioned in half for C: and D. Should I DL acronis and do a cloning op or just start a fresh install?

If all your doing is changing hard drives, acronis will do a fine job
