What a Total Nightmare! I purchased a Corsair MP600 Pro 2TB drive. I cloned from the older Samsung 1TB drive C: with Win10 on to the MP600 SSD using Corsair SSD Toolbox. Disconnected the older Samsung drive. The MP600 C: only shows a capacity of 1 TB? WHY would SSD Toolbox clone the exact size of the of the Samsung drive? When I cloned, I chose SSD Toolbox NOT to have ANY partitions and to use ALL the capacity. Windows 10 does require System Reserve about 1GB. SSD Toolbox has created a Recovery Partition of 1TB, this can not be used, and does not show in in File Explorer. So now all I can use is 1TB of a 2TB SSD? Nothing but problems!

if you open the disk management console (diskmgmt.msc), does the disk show a ~100mb system partition, the 1TB C drive and just under 1TB of unallocated space?

If so then you should just be able to right click the C partition and expand it to use the remaining space.
If not (and it has extended the 100mb system reserved bit for some reason), then I'd probably format the 2TB drive and try again to clone from the 1TB, either with the corsair software using different options, or macrium reflect

I'd have to hazard a guess that either windows put the recovery partition after the boot partition (meaning that SSD toolbox expanded that as you can't expand a partition that is between two other partitions) or SSD toolbox goofed and expanded the wrong partition to use the remaining space.

This is likely to be one of the reasons not to clone a drive and start from scratch (after having backed up all necessary files from the original drive).

What does your partition layout look like on the original drive (if you could post a screenshot from disk management would help)?

I and many others have used Macrium Reflect (Free Edition) to clone from smaller to larger drives with no issue at all
