Hi

I just bought a 320GB F1 to replace my old Maxtor 120gb which is on its last legs, I am wanting to clone the entire drive onto the F1 and continue using my pc as normal, whats the best way of doing this and does anybody have any tips?

I have Maxtor MaxBlast installed from ages ago so would this be a good program to use for ease? Have never attempted this before so just after a guide or some advice to avoid me messing things up and losing everything!

Thanks

Thanks miniyazz I am now posting from my new hard drive

Doesnt seem to be any quicker though, I thought my old harddrive was dieing as it made a horrible loud noise while seeking with the occasional corruption and was dog awful slow, although this seems the same but with no corruption yet

Must be my 6 year old xp install then blah lol. A cardinal sin I know but I like the way I have everything setup, will format over the weekend

Quick question regarding the cloning.

Can you clone to a larger HD that already has data on it? Assuming enough free space obviously.
