Cloning Bootcamp Disk

I've just bought a 750GB Seagate Momentus XT hybrid to replace the drive in my MBP.

What is the quickest, most reliable way to clone this disk considering its got a Bootcamp partition on there that i'd need to bring across intact?

It used to be Winclone didn't it but looking around i've seen people say it hasn't been developed for a while and they have had issues with Lion and images not restoring.

If there is some 100% bulletproof solution then i'm happy to pay for software to do it (do Paragon do anything useful?) as this is a work laptop with a ton of stuff installed on it that would take forever to set up again.

Cheers.

Got a Time Machine backup on external USB but never used a time capsule - they dont hold the Bootcamp data do they? I need bootable images of both partitions.

Cheers, I've had a look at that but dont think i'd trust it for this particular migration. If I had chance to play I might give it a go but comments suggest its broken again on the latest release of Lion.

Just going through all Paragons stuff now to work out which app, if any, will clone the Windows partition.

Thought this would be simple as surely loads of people have to do the same thing but everywhere I look it just seems to be people confused because they dont know what to use now instead of WinClone.

AFAIK it's the best and only viable option we as Mac users have. I recently used it with no problems before upgrading to 10.7.3 but of course YMMV.

If you can't find another alternative I would also backup all the data you can so worse case scenario and you clean install you can at least copy back across the most important files?
