Cloning HD and MBR - Help?

Hi Guys

I have a low spec box running Windows XP Home Edition with SP1 with a 3Gb hard disc, yes 3!

I want to clone the HD so I can move it to a 20Gb Hard Disk and use the old 3Gb HD as a 'secret' share as I am turning it into a server. I have tried using a Paragon program and it said something about MBR, I believe this is the Master Boot Record. How do I copy this from the old HD?

I would have used Acronis but didn't have enough space on the HD and all programs on there are necessary as I cant find the disks!

Any help appreciated.

I used it quite a while back. It may look a bit daunting but if you read the guidance notes carefully it should be ok.
