Cloning M2 Drives - Workflow advice please!

Hi

I have two Dell Inspiron machines.

One has been in use for a few months and has a 256GB M2 in it.

The other is brand new, but has 512GB M2 with nothing other than pre-installed Win 10 pro etc.

I'd like to clone everything that's on the 256 on to the 512. And the clean Win 10 install currently on the 512, on to the 256.

I have a laptop and external drives etc available. The 256 is currently networked to a server and both will be when finished.

Can anyone suggest the best way to achieve this?!

Install Macrium Reflect on one of them and use it to create a bootable USB stick.

Connect the USB stick and a suitable external drive and boot into the Macrium recovery environment. Use Macrium to image the drives to/from the external drive.

And how big does the USB need to be? I have a spare 32GB one, will that one be OK?

The free version will do everything you need.

A 32GB stick will be fine.
