Cloning SSD with Acronis10 !

I have ACRONIS True Image 10 on my system and want to clone my 64GB SSD to a partition on another hard drive. I have already created the partition on the other drive but I can't seem to get Acronis to clone to the partition as it wants to write to the whole drive !

The destination drive has a 400GB partition with DATA and I want to clone to a 60GB partition on the same drive.

Any ideas ?

Try creating an image of the source partition not the source disk

Acronis should allow you to load this partition onto your other drive IF you have either free space or a partition to put it on

I assume you have free space on the dest drive ready for this ?

Basically, I have my OS on an 64GB SSD drive with one partition and I want to clone this partition onto another partition on another hard drive. The OS partiton is 59.6GB and the partition I want to transfer it to is 60.6GB with no other data on it.
