cloning to smaller drive

Hi I have been asked to clone a 1Tb onto a 320Gb drive(don't ask why) so the 1Tb has an empty 450Gb partition and the os drive has around 60Gb used of a 450Gb partition the rest of the space is taken up with dell recovery partitions so out of 1Tb only say 80Gb is used, so they want to swap this over to the 320 and then reuse the 1Tb elsewhere.
So any help on how to do this ?

btw they are not interested in just buying another drive

Macrium Reflect should enable you to do this.

Thanks all for the recommendations, unfortunately none worked with the os drive being so big, so I tried AOMEI to shrink the os drive down then cloned it and it all worked fine.
