closed loop longevity

Hello everyone,

I bought a Corsair H60 Hydro Series in 2012 to cool my I5-3570k and it has performed well.
my only question is 6 years later it is still working but has anyone had experience with these closed loops longevity?

my CPU temp is 27c without load and after 1 minute of 100% load, it only hit 49c.

my queries stem from that fact I am slowly upgrading my pc and don't want to overlook the cooling.

Life expectancy is pretty much bases on how long it take for coolant to leak out through the plastic hoses, and the hotter it funs the leaks out until pump starts rattling. With your low heat it's lasting a long time. How much longer is anyone's guess. I would consider changing or at least have another cooler on hand in case it stops working, because if it quits working you can't use our system until a new cooler is installed..

Switching fans won't help if it's getting low on coolant. It's lasted you over 5 years. I would get a top tier air cooler and move on. ;)

Cryorig H7 is a good little cooler, but I prefer using bigger coolers when possible because they are quieter. More cooling ability means lower fan speed is needed to get same cooling as smaller coolers give.

Meshify C has 172mm CPU clearance so plenty of case clearance for almost any cooler. But RAM height and motherboard's CPU to PCIe socket spacing also effect what coolers will fit.

Coolant leaks is pretty much non existing if AIO was build correctly. I have XW9400 workstation in home with original HP watercooling, it's closing to 10 Years and still kicking while cooling 2 physical Opterons. All I had to do was changing the fans as old one died soon after I bought it 2016.
In my other PC I had Arctic AIO Liquid Freezer 240 and pump died after 1.5 year propably due to galvanic corrosion as it is alu-copper mix.

Long story short: leaks are myth while crappy pumps and corrosion are not.

I've been using the Antec H20 920 ever since release (Think it was 2011) and it has been working fine since then
