I'm just not sure what there is to feel proud about. Anyone with enough money and time could put on an olympics game, as has been proved.
The athletes who have put time and effort into their fields have done so themselves, it has nothing to do with me.

I thought it was an OK spectacle overall (though I think this finale has been pretty awesome) but watching a bunch of people run 10k? No, that doesn't fill me with pride in the slightest nor do I understand why it would.

Get a ******* life.

I suspect you would have a different opinion if the games had been held in Glasgow.

It was supposed to finish at 23:50 and there's pretty much only The Who to go - they're running 20 minutes over at most.

Think it was suppose to finish at 23:30. certainty what the SKY+ Guide said anyway. It got changed to 00:00 later
