Cloud Storage without syncing?

Are there any Cloud based storage services which allow you to stream movies rather than sync across the files?

I have few GB worth of movies i've taken off DVDs and put onto the HTPC for the kids but ideally I need to use the storage drive in another system.

Using a cloud based service is perfect except they all want to download the files in the sync'd folder and with only a small SSD as the main drive it can't sync everything.

Using Google Drive and DropBox software is fine but they sync to the PC in question before playing from what I can see?
 
Why don't you upload using the web interface?

You can exclude certain folders from the auto sync.
 
It plays certain files, I believe anything big like 1GB in size it says you need to download before playing.

Uploading them isn't a problem, but after i've uploaded them I want them off the system which is where the problem comes in. To watch them, the folder needs to be sync'd which takes up HDD space.
