Cloud Storage

What cloud storage options are people using? Looking for something where I can archive off old files that I still want, but don't need online.. OneDrive and Dropbox are too expensive.. what other options are people using?

Looking for at minimum and few TB of space.

I would prefer something with a fixed cost rather than one based on usage.
