CMOS Raid 0 Question

I've just picked up two new drives from OCUK.

I'm ready to remove my old one and install these in raid 0, but do i need to reset my CMOS on my mobo before i start with the array, because that would just slow down the process ?

Right thn... Seems pretty similar to what i had planned

Plug em in > Set up controller in Bios (Onboard Mobo 1) > Restart and Install windows.

Whats with hitting F2 may i ask? 1st timer
