I think I do, the bbc pay 3rd parties to create content. The bbc provides a narrative and brief along with the overall objective, in this example the stated aim was to highlight the benefits of immigration.

I think many people hated Trump due to his own doing.

The American news channels are a tough watch if you're used to how we do it. That said, CNN is bearable, FOX news regularly looks like a parody show.

As bad as Fox? Clearly not, doesn't mean it's good though.

Bland, uninteresting news is anathema to a company offering only that to consumers, nobody is sticking around for it and so it would be unsustainable. Since it would appear that the consumer just doesn't care anymore, the only way to pay the bills is to offer up ridiculously flashy products and well... if people wanted better news, they'd pay for it.

Look at the threads he makes and how often he engages in actual discussion within them, particularly when challenged.
