CNN technical directors boasts about network pushing political propaganda

Tango0 and mmj_uk

The two most politically neutral people on the forum....:D

CNN is biased
Fox is biased
Most US networks are biased.

Luckily we live in the UK where (on TV at least) they do have to be mostly impartial. Shame about the tabloid rags who are mostly pro-conservative.

Of course...

How has immigration changed the UK? - Full 2D animation commissioned by the BBC.

Comissioned by the BBC, Covert were briefed with the challenge to conceptualise, design and animate an animated explainer video around the subject of immigration. Touching on the concept of what if, the visual explores what immigration means, highlighting just how much it benefits the UK.

I'm glad that we the tax payer are funding propaganda.

The skys blue and the grass is green. Tell us something we don't already know.

If people believe everything they see on the meda, or read on the internet more fool them.

I guess it may be different for us in the UK though, as we know what our medias like.

I don't think you know what BBC commissioning entails.

And on the BBCs own website
Jonathan Portes of King's College London argues that the economy and society of the UK would be markedly different without immigrants.

CNN/Veritas - No-one in a position to do anything about this, either inside CNN or Congress, cares enough or wants to risk themselves, so nothing will change and the wheel keeps turning.

It’s probably impossible to say how many people hated Trump due to biased media, as opposed to hating Trump anyway and consumed biased media due to it agreeing with their views.

I think many people hated Trump due to his own doing.

It's sort of hard for the likes of CNN etc to edit a live broadcast of Trump being an obnoxious unqualified idiot, or Trump's tweets...

As bad as Fox? Clearly not, doesn't mean it's good though.

Bland, uninteresting news is anathema to a company offering only that to consumers, nobody is sticking around for it and so it would be unsustainable. Since it would appear that the consumer just doesn't care anymore, the only way to pay the bills is to offer up ridiculously flashy products and well... if people wanted better news, they'd pay for it.

Nice dog whistling to the pet mod "You should ban threads we don't like, or at least hide them in our secure echo chamber"..

No issue if the OP wanted to engage in an active discussion but this is the usual "dump and run" by the OP, nothing more.

And i didn't realise moving posts to the correct sub-forum was a problem?
