its aint that bad

it sorted problems out with pb, glitches etc but
got to w8 for the linux patch to come out for the servers

is all you need.

If you have a higher ping though lower maxpackets to 60 or 30

in short, play single player in DX9 , multiplayer in DX7

i play CoD2 online quite a lot, and most of the others have pap computers, so can see you easier (less smoke, dust etc) so you need to even it up, plus, its much easier for those quick flick rifle shots with 250fps in DX7 mode

COD 2 was unplayable on my Radeon 9800pro, 3.0Ghz P4 and 1gb ram system. :eek:

Now I've got a lovely new system but the bloody disc ain't working! :mad:
