COD 4 Level 55

Noon all,

Went on a friends Steam account to play some TF2, afterwards went on COD4 that both him and me have. I loaded up the game and it said something along the lines of 'All your stats and emblems have been re-set'. I though that was just on his account so I logged off his and went back to mine, got exactly the same thing.

Is there anyway to get to level 55 without playing continuously? I really don't have the patience and wouldn't have ever gone on his COD 4 account if I knew this would have happened. Is there any legit way of doing this so I don't get banned off servers, I basically just want my AK74u, UAV Jammer and Dead Silence back.

nope you will need to replay and rebuild it, on the same note I See I have lost all mine On Waw even tho I have saved them in a separate file when I try use them i the game just does see them

For **** sake...

I tried to save my other folder from XP as I reinstalled Win7 and got the same message, I assumed it was because i've gone from XP to 7.

Oh just another quick question, is there any server that give ridiculous amounts of XP so say I get one kill it'll be like 100,000 XP?

Yeah you can do it, just search of youtube for cod 4 level 55 hack. Its fine and you won't get banned or anything.

I very much doubt it as its not a hack as such, just the same file you would be using anyway. Used it for ages and never had an issue.

Yeah i remeber using that hack back in the day after a fresh install, and seeing as theres no bulls**t IWNET, you wont get banned

Just play promod where you don't need Level 55...

I was on COD 6 level 33, I got my first kill of the game and everyone went straight to level 70 lol or whatever the top level is. I thought it would last the day but im still the top level 3 months later lol

I tend to swit from promod to hardcore but mostly play hardcore.

Anyway, followed the instructions exactly as stated here and it's not working. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong? Did the Steam version one.

You don't need to do it by registry. Just do it all in game.

1. Change the CD key
2. Replace the file
3. Join a server
4. Quit server and replace CD key with original
5. Join a server
6. Done

so you just logged into your game account form a friends computer and it reset all your game data? ill remember not to do this then!

Always have a backup of your profile for CoD4. It's kind of lame how it's client side also! :|

Alright, here's what I did:

1. Started up COD4, changed the key to this one - DL2J8PY44Q22GE4888D2
2. Replaced the existing mpdata file with the one I downloaded from here.
3. Joined a server, it said the key code is already in use.
4. Replaced the above key with my genuine one.
5. Joined a server, still had only 3 pre-made classes and was level 1 0%.

I must be retarded here as i'm following the instructions as stated but it's still not working.

It seems that someone is using the key. You need to actually load onto a ranked server in order for the data to save.

I have my server filter set to hardcore & mod and that's it. I'll try again later on, am I doing everything right though?

Actually scratch that; I remembered it wrong...

1. Change the CD key
2. Replace the file
3. Load game, should have rank 55 with all unlocks
4. Replace CD key with original
5. Join a server
6. Done

Maybe they've patched it or something. Oh well never mind, i'll just start from scratch again.

ah this is not the hack I was thinking about, I was on about the one that gives you (well hoe ever muck XP you want per kill)
