CoD 4 Server

Hey,

I'm looking at renting a CoD4 server. I've never done it before and I'm not entirely sure what company is good.

Also, can I pay for just one month? And if I don't want it anymore can I ditch it? Will want to set one up for MW2.

We have 2 CSS servers + TeamSpeak and they are spot on

I'll chime in and recommend Alpha Networks: http://alpha-networks.co.uk/ - I have used them for a few Dedicated Servers in the past and they have been great.

I've also heard good things about KillerCreation: http://www.killercreation.co.uk/game-servers/call-of-duty-4 - They host the GTFOGaming TF2 servers and they seem pretty stable to me

I have got 2 INX servers and they are reasonable. The strong positive with INX is that with their main package you can switch between any of the games that they sell whenever you want. Slots are limited to what you payed for though. I have had performance issues with INX though. They are quite quick to respond, but I've had better experiences with the gameservers.com ones.

There are a lot of companies to choose from at the end of the day, each with their own + and - points.

I've just this second ordered a server from the quoted site. But, for some reason I didn't receive a e-mail from them confirming my username and password. How long does it take, does anyone know?

EDIT: I have the email and I can get into the account, but the server I payed for isn't showing up, the site did sate it was instant set up...I guess not?

Server is up - currently running on TDM Normal Mode. 89.238.160.7:28961 I'll be tweaking it no doubt so it could change.
