COD 4 Veteran Level

I did it all on Veteran on the Xbox360, not the hardest game, but a couple of levels provided a challenge which were 'One Shot, One Kill' and 'Mile High' but I enjoy the satisfaction of completion for a difficult level.

I really enjoy playing on Veteran though, it's really good fun.

Harderned wasn't hard though (bar the flashback level where you are next to the LZ at the ferris wheel).

The only thing I really can't do on Veteran, is the very last level, on the aircraft. The timelimit is insane.

lookin on youtube

only way its possible is to flash people and run by them. and let your team mates mop up

I've tried that, I either missplace the flashbang, and thus can't see where I'm going, or I get splatted. Teammates suck something rotten tbh.

I don't understand how you're supposed to do the CoD4 training thing in 19 seconds (or was it 16)..! That's just... mental. I'd have to do it for hours to do that. I think I did it in 34 seconds.

Easy, accuracy can knock up to 3 seconds off, and it only takes about 20 seconds to do the course if you don't make a mistake :)

Done it in just over 18s without too much of a problem, although I can't get close to Infinity Ward's "best" time.

Games should only alter their AI for harder levels not silly things like making bullets do less damage.
I believe the opposite. The AI should be the same on all levels, maintaining the feel of the game, but bullet damage/health etc should differ between difficulties

whats the secret to the epilogue mission ?

i can do it without a time limit ,but find the 1 minute time limit too much. Just cant get up stairs with enough time to fight my way down to the bottom of the plane in time.

Not sure what to tell you, it took me a good number of tries. Basically, try to stop moving as little as possible. Do this by remembering exactly when enemies show up and planning your attack. For example, I knifed the first guy in the loo, shot the second with my pistol, switched to my primary weapon and threw a flash bang past the group of seats so as soon as that little squad shows up most of them are blind. Crouch and shoot through that area, instead of reloading I just picked up whatever weapon I could find, it was usually a P90. Shoot through seats and walls if you know exactly where they are, which you should. Just don't spend too much ammo.

It's been a while since I did it so I can't go into much detail I'm afraid. I had quite a lot of free time when I bought the game, which is very much necessary!
