Not really a game that has been on my radar, but I was watching a video and it sounds like it may be worth checking out. It's going to be within BattleNet (I presume the same as Destiny 2) and they have built the game for PC gaming in mind.

CoD BR - this could be very interesting. At least something to challenge PUBG and Gingerbreadnite! If it's done well, it could be amazing - polished optimised proper shooter from a major developer (ignoring Fortnite as it's a childrens game).
 
Would be good if Treyarch or Infinity Ward could make a good Call of Duty game these days without having to worry about a BR mode. Can't BLOPS2 was the last game I even came close to enjoying, every thing since has just been rubbish

everyone trying to cash in on BR, i find it so boring same thing over and over again. Even CSGO which is 30 rounds of the same map i find different every game but not BR
 
as much as it is cool to hate cod it could be great mindless fun in mp. talasour games often come down to personal preference but to give you some kind of idea of how many play cod still.last game made more money than bf1 and fifa combined.
 
Exactly my thinking DG, CoD is good fun for just getting stuck in and killing stuff.
 
You know they aren’t making a single player campaign right? Utter cash grabbing filth - they will therefore put in way less effort and still charge the whole amount for a full scale triple A game whilst slapping in as may pay to win loot boxes as they can possibly squeeze and the gulable masses will lap it up.
 
No single player campaign at all its been removed for a new battle royal MP only mode. I guess the millions of single player fans will abandon the COD franchise now.
 
11th August is the PC open beta, it will be a good chance to have a play and see if it's any good.
 
Is there no recoil in COD games? I was watching someone play on Youtube and they were either very good at controlling the spray or there is virtually no recoil as they were emptying full clips while running and the crosshair was staying perfectly still..

Last Cod I played was Cod 1 and 2 and they were awesome, but they have never appealed to me after that.
 
How about let people own dedicated servers, like WAW/Modern Warfare/iw4x, I still play iw4x because it's actually better than anything released after. If COD WWII had dedicated servers so those cheaters didn't ruin it, it would've been very popular.
 
Wouldn’t be so bad if people had the opportunity to install B3 admin so they can control their own servers but dedicated servers are no longer available so they won’t get my money.

I still play COD2 and COD4: Morden Warfare which is still the best game they’ve ever made and it’s 10 years old.

It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers if they can’t release a game that’s better than the game they released 10+ years ago.
