I inputted my code on https://profile.callofduty.com/promotions/redeem/bo4/beta
It said it successfully redeemed, but I didn't get anything from the site. Strange, is that normal? Am I still waiting for a new email with a different redeem code or something?
It's an open beta on PC, so just fire up BNet and pre-load it.
Unless you are talking about the early PC beta access, in which case I don't know.
If you have a key and its not working try this:
1. Go back to callofduty com/pcbeta
2. It should say at the top "you already have a code"
3. Reenter code, choose battle.net and region
4. Press enter
5. Up top of the page it says in red you already have a code here is your code, then lists a long code.
As this has worked for me.
