COD: Black Ops III

Having an issue with sound - in that I have non.

I use a firewire audio interface for sound and for some reason black ops doesn't seem to like that?

If I switch to my projector audio I can get sound, but as soon as I switch back to my default firewire interface I have nothing.

It's not the interface as I have had it for 5 years and this is the first time a program has not worked with sound.

Any ideas?

Cheers

tempted to pick this up but not sure lol

Yeah I'm the same LOL

I'd really like it if they got rid of all lethal kill streaks though. Just to remove a little BS. Having said that it does look like a decent COD. I'm going to have to wait till its under the 15 quid point though...That way it doesn't really have to be that great. :D

The next one will be out then before this goes £15 or under.

Like i've said in the past if you play it as a tactical shooter then it will be ****.

Play it like a mindless run around bit of fun and its great for an hour or so here and there.

Good to know. I doubt I'd play for any more then a few matches at a time anyway. I tend to just jump on and off all day between working (from home) so could be ideal.

So my 13 year old son wanted to play on my PC with his xbox pad,i told him he would get his ass kicked, I couldn't have been more wrong.

lol no different to an aimbot basically its snapping to target from like 15 degrees - so he isn't really doing any aiming... pad aim assist is built into BO3?

EDIT: Oh wow just read up on it - it has built in controller aim assist that is basically an aimbot - instantly snaps to target, even snaps to enemy behind cover doesn't even help nudge you on target it instantly gives you perfect tracking. That is incredibly wrong on PC glad I never bought the game.

^^ I just read up on it on a couple of forums and watched a longer video elsewhere. I can't believe that is functional in the online portion of a PC game - or at the very least a server option.

I tried but I just cant enjoy this game, the singleplayer that is, not the multiplayer. The multiplayer is not my thing anyway but I was holding hope for the campaign. Alas, its dog **** and just boring. The 'sequenced' explosions etc is just ridiculous, if you shoot a few rounds at pretty much anything, it explodes. Like the armoured vehicle part where you fire a mounted gun, theres cars, robots and buildings exploding all over the place thanks to a few bullets from my mounted gun. Its shockingly bad.
