I honestly don't understand peoples complaints about the tube, I rarely see it being spammed by people and personally think its a good back up weapon, if someones hiding in a building or a pill box and I can't get a clean shot at them i'm lighting there hiding place up with a tube, whats wrong with that?
I played it a lot when it first came out i thought the maps was well designed and the inet wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.
But i quickly became bored of it and havnt played it for a few weeks now. Its more a game i will play for short bursts at a time
However havnt played the single player much, saving it for a rainy day

Here's another - I don't care for multiplayer either.
It's funny - in one thread, I asked for advice on a game with the statement, "must be good in single player, I don't do multiplayer" - and most of the early suggestions were "try this one, the online play is really good!"

You have to unlock it by levelling up, I think by the time you get to 14 it has them all unlocked.
Still havent bought it and i hate games where you always get called a hacker for defending...therefore screw you guys im going to playing L4D2

I would say I boycotted it but I was never interested in the pile of tat anyway
(with regards to the multiplayer at least), especially after the news came out with regards to it being as gimped as the console versions.You can't boycott a game if you were never going to buy it in the first place.
It is a shame really as I spent a lot of time on CoD2 multiplayer. Unfortunately it seems those days have passed.
I have however played MW2s single player on a mates computer and that was fantastic fun, the storyline was bloody ridiculous but it just made it all the more fun really. Far, far too short though.

Just quit out a game... we just won the first round, I was leading with 3x score of anyone else plus 17-5 K/D... all 5 deaths were from the same guy who wasn't very good but just warping through everything I threw at him... and I killed the entire enemy team solo twice in an open firefight - except this guy every time - so not like I was sucking.

My only real gripe is the retards who only use m203, even when they would have just as easily shot me, they'll m203. I've said this in other threads but it really boils my blood, you'll know who is an who isnt doing it because they're ratio of 2/1 will perfectly reflect m203 ammo.
Personally I can't blame anyone using m203 or thumper with the crap netcode and people lagging... once they sort out laggers specially those using perks + knife as well, added dedicated servers and removed the noob shotguns it will be a different story.
1. People who moan about guns. I payed for the game, .'. I payed for every gun. If I go online and think "hmm I feel like using a noob tube/shorty/whatever else" I will, and you can moan your little heart out, I will be having fun on my GAME and I will have high k:d, while you are crying taking it way too seriously and losing horifically

Can't take the first point seriously... I don't want to lower myself to the level of warping + knife and overpowered shotgun to level the playing field - all fun goes out of the game. Tho I don't have a problem with the noob tube personally - with a bit of thought about where and how you move and the walls around you, you can minimise your exposure to it.
Other 2 points I completely agree with and think it ridiculous that any self respecting game developer would ship without sorting out that support.
Just wanted to update and say there's nothing that really bugs me about this game anymore, the dedicated issue is obviously a problem, but aside from that i'm quite happy. The shotguns have been nerfed, I get knife killed less, maybe i'm just a better shot now. Glad they've sorted out the care package speed issue as well, i've been playing for around 5 hours today and loving it for a change
People who think point 1 is valid are most likely morons tbh. MW1 would've been hugely improved if it wasn't full of retards spamming grenades, and noob tubes and if Martyrdom didn't exist (seriously how **** do you have to be at a game to think a skill that only triggers when you die is a good thing to use?). I don't care how much fun you think you're having, the unbalance is ridiculous and lacks any and all skill.
Point 2 is only invalid for camping on gamemodes that have nothing to do with it. This is even more appropriate on servers with killcam, the number of utter noobs who have sat in a corner and killed me, and still been there when i've seen there exact location on killcam and come back and killed them is just dumb. Learn to play the gamemode or stop with your lame justifications.
