CoD UO problems

Just installed CoD UO on my laptop and when I try to play it, the screen flickers black and then a second later windows tells me it has stopped working. Any ideas? CoD played fine and I have it in compatability mode. :confused:

COD:UO doesnt like 64 bit you running in 64-bit?

I have to run it in compatability mode for 64bit Win7, works fine that way for me.

COD:UO on Windows 7 64 Bit in compatibility mode running fine.

Game runs fine on x64 vista here, mine is patched to the latest version too.
