If you like Saving Private Ryan you'll love it. I personally think it's far better than Saving Private Ryan, 10 hours of amazing television

I'll look into the Band of Brothers boxset. I've heard too many people say too many good things about it, not to.

Band of bothers was a fatastic series and i have it on boxset. worth getting and watching manytimes. carentan is a fantastic map bothe in the game and real life . love that map

could be irrelevent but COD:UO map - Rhinevalley is based on a real place also when you compare pics to the map it looks so similar!

I only saw a few episodes of Band Of Brothers, I might get hold of the box set. It's only £20 now it seems.

It is an EXTREME must have.

Every episode blows you away..

Although i must give you a tip, i found the whole series a lot more "entertaining" (i know this isnt the purpose of the series but alas), if you watch it from the middle, to the begging and then start just after the middle to the end

I know it sounds random but it gave it a really weird and different plot, more like an extremely long film

Anyway, buy it !

Don't know why you'd want to watch it in a dodgy order really, as the Story overall follows a set path through the war and character development all in one order. Each to his own I guess.
