CoD2 SP problem

Ihave played all the CoD games to check this plus, RtCW in both SP and MP and only the SP of CoD2 do I see the break up in quality like in the pic. I am sure I have read about this before but unsure where. Can anyone explain why this happens and a fix? All the greeny, pupley bits!

My card is as it was when it came out of the box and so far only with CoD2 in SP. No previous problems to mention.

Only played it once since posting and it seemed OK, 12 hour shifts leave little time for play. Bear in mind the temperature has dropped about 30F.
Having played the new F.E.A.R MP without a problem I think it is clear it was because of the heat.

I'll retract the above statement. After playing Fear Mp for 15-20 minutes it started playing up again :eek:
