COD4: GOTY - no code?

I thought the box was suppose to contain a card with the map pack code? Picked it up today after a lengthy search around the retailers. One stating that "they had to send the games back as there was issues with the map codes".

Have they taken the code out or should I return it?

When I bought mine it had a code, I would return it if I was you.

Some shops that remove games from cases and put in draws can easily misplace one flyer that may contain the code.

They have stopped giving out the map codes now. The case used to mention on the front that the extra maps were included, there is no mention anymore. IIRC the codes are no longer valid.

Surely they cannot do that you've paid for something that your not getting... I recently brought the GOTY edition and got the code in mine.

There is no difference except box art and the code.
