Yeah some of the ground war games were annoying.
Not sure if its the fact that I haven't played it in a while or if its the new patch but it certainly felt strange.
I was getting killed by snipers a ridiculous amount of times.

We got really handed one by that [tnuc] clan, was funny when we got matched back up with them after a few other games against other peeps.
I don't understand the whole sniper rifle thing, I just cannot for the life of me kill people with it, I see the kill cam and half of the time it doesn't even look like their cross hairs are even on me when I get turn into fertiliser
Sounds like this patch has done as much bad as it did good to the game.
I might be on again late tonight depending on what time the other half falls asleep.
The private games sound like a good idea, I aint really fussed by points either and its pretty fun killing people you play with often rather than complete stangers!

As for R6 I will get it to play online if enought other people do, I am not interested in the SP though

New maps may interest me for a brief spell, but I'm sure the majority of my attention will be on R6 and GTA in the coming months, and then BF:BC, whilst enjoying my creme eggs.

I must say I'm dissapointed in the game since the patch, just doesn't feel as solid anymore.
Yeah it's exactly the same as a few of us have thought since the patch. It's hard to put the finger on exactly whats up. The framerate and firing lag seems to be all over the place.
What was the patch supposed to address exactly? All they seem to have done is shaft things and the only minor quibble's I had previously have turned into major ones.
I'd happily send the airstrike/frag cam back and have a smooth game again

Same here mate, to be honest I skip the kill cam 90% of the time anyway. I only watch it when I think I have been killed by a dodgy shot.
My last game with you guys on Bloc last night really summed up the patch for me,
I don't think I have ever been hit by that much sniper fire before... ever!
Could not even get round a corner without being shot in the head from somewhere!

I think that might be my favourite game type now, a lot more tactical and gets the team talking to each other more.
Yeah definately, plus when your the last one left and you know everyone is watching you it really puts the pressure on.
