COD4 MP Live arranging thread

good games tonight,i bought some creative headphones for when i am playing late at night and they are great.They are like surround sound much better then the sound on my tv,i can hear the footsteps all around me ect.When a air strike is called the sound of the jets is sweet.Did you guys see my last stand on the last match we had? i killed a guy and when i turned the corner in the middle part on china town where the steps to the basement are there was a guy oppisite in the window,he shot me and got me into last stand and a guy came running towards me,i took him out and while the guy in the window reloaded i took him out aswell lol was pretty chuffed with myself there :)
 
what model of headphones do you have? i have a set of speedlink medusa's on my PC but to get the 5.1 it has 4 jack plugs or a USB which need connecting. no use for the xbox.
 
I had some good games last night, including beating that french team as the last man standing quite a few times. :D
I'll be on again tonight if people are about.
 
There were some great games last night, between Oneshot and Faded there was not much left for the rest of us to do except die! Which I seemed to be very good at. I think one game passed my by completely without me making past the first 20 seconds of a round!

I think you managed to stay alive in the last game, I seem to remember a delighted squeal of "I'm still alive" :p
 
lol, I think my best game was Crash where I killed the entire team and defused the bomb!
Other than that I was pretty poor. I need to concentrate more on hardcore, I always seem to run into random grenades or turn in the wrong direction and get shot in the back, meaning I am eitehr very unlucky or extremely predictable.

Also I cannot do what you and Oneshot do and run in and kill everyone, my aim just is not good enough, and usually my signal is so weak that when I actually do hit somebody it does not register and they kill me anyway!
 
Well me and Oneshot have the lowest accuracy's of our whole team so thats no excuse!
I went back to the trusty M16 last night after using the M4 for a while, I'm liking the silenced AK47 though.
 
i like to warm up my uzi soon as the map starts lol,i think if you defending on S&D if you go straight for them the last thing the expect is a nutcase wielding a uzi to come sprinting around corners lol.My head phones are creative HQ 1300 just cheap ones but they are pretty good.

How much would I love to be sitting in a beer garden right now!
Still, i will be on from around 8ish tonight when my little'un decided he actually wants to go to sleep! Little buggers been playing up last few nights so you may here some random chatter over the headphones!

It's not too bad. Negotiating skills so I'm sure that will come in handy when we are deciding what game to play ;)

I'm off to the beer garden now, health spa later and then company beers, so yes I am missing COD4

This is when working outside comes into it's own, i've spent the day walking up and down the line in the sun, chatting to hosties and looking at the talent coming off various european flights.

We have a nice balcony and patio furniture, all thats missing is a few cold beers :( Had to make do with a freezer full of ice creams. Of course winter isn't as fun ;)

Save me a spot, on at 8.30.
