None that I know of sadly. Both the new maps that go in the HQ rotation from the last pack I hate. China town and creek. Creek has become a sniper fest and people don't even move for the waterfall capture points and i've seen people not want to leave a sniper point to go to the caves.

I think it was Wyrdo I was in a game with this week and we had the cave, the other team where all snipers so they just stayed where they were and let the clock run down on the HQ.

If you whole team get ready for creek and put smoke on you can easily win that map.

I only really liek playing COD4 with the boys for the reasons you mention though. We are very good as a team.

I so want to come back onto COD4 but every time I turn on my xbox it already has PES in the drive and within 2 minutes I have an invite from Faded, lol, also I'm just too addicted to the be a legend mode!

I will be the next Pele damn it!

Konami are supposed to be updating the servers every night at midnight so if they do I will be back on COD4 then

It's too true, PES officially has me hooked.
 
I'm trying to complete other games I have before the next batch come out (starting this Friday!!). Got GTA4, Ninja Gaiden and GRiD to complete... so much to do, so little time... the pressure!! ;)
 
It's been good to get a group of us on this again the last couple of nights.
How funny was that American last night :D
 
I really need to buy a bigger screen for search and destroy. Naturally I'm fine seeing movement on domination and hq but when people are barely moving in S&D it's incredibly difficult to see someone before it's too late.

I'm finding it harder now. Im sat about 4 metres from my 40" Tv since moving to my room. I cant really lean forward at the key parts either as I'm lying on my bed.

Oh well it's comfy.

To be fair oneshot uses a 32" screen and seems to do ok.
 
i'm on a 32" and sit about 3 meters away and have the sound turned right down and i do ok! but i know what you mean, I reckon I would be better on bigger screen with surround sound too!
 
If your sat close too big can be a problem though, a bigger screen wont give any more detail and you end up missing things as they are outside your 'tunnel' vision. All a bigger screen really means is that you can sit further away. I have my Tv on game mode which really sharpens things up, seems to help see movement in the distance aswell as getting rid of any input TV lag.

As for sound: I often have to play much quieter now. It's a lot harder to hear footsteps and people running around than when I used to play it full blast, I used to have a really good idea of where people were/what they were doing purely by noise.

Headphones are probably the way forward

Yeah mine was crap, reds looked pink etc.

Luckily my TV has a USB port for updating the firmware. One update later and it's much better. Does look more PC like though, no edge softening etc.
