COD4...or....COD5?

So, I've got a few gift vouchers and have decided I shall be re-purchasing one of these tomorrow.

COD4 is a clear favourite but is there still plenty of people playing it? PS3 by the way.

Now, I also hear new maps have been released for WAW. Are they any good?

These sort of decisions sound so easy and meaningless, and yet can be so hard.

My friends and I have totally converted to 5 and have played it since it's release. No particular reason why, COD4 was great, we all bought WAW so thought it only necessary to play it until 6

Waw ones are good, much better than teh original maps. The zombie mode is well worth the map pack download. BUT cod5 mp is a lot worse than cod4. There is much more spawn killing just isnt cool. And the host advantage is a joke, my kd is much higher when im host...

Just get cod4 lol.

Yea tbf the new zombie level is awesome!! But thats about it, online COD4 is better in pretty much everyway. The weapons are a joke in W@W as well.

COD4 definitely.
COD5 when it comes down in price I reckon.
COD5 in store £39.99, COD5 second-hand in store £39.99, something not quite right!

I think they have a Damn cheek charging owt more than ten quid for COD5 :mad:

It's no more than an X pack.
Buy COD4 borrow/rent or steal 5.

I thought both games played very similarly. If you want to shoot world war 2 weapons go for COD5, if you fancy using a M4 go with COD4.

COD 4 is the superior game and does not suffer from Lag or Spawn problems any where near as bad as WAW.

However I am so bored of the maps and weapons on COD4 that I find myself loving WAW. The maps are excellent especially the new ones, I'm loving NightFire.

I find I can only play HC modes though as the lag means using any weapon other than an SMG pointless on normal.
