CoD4 Patching Question

Hey there

Just bought CoD4 today and just finished installing it. Do I need to download every patch for the game from v1.1 upto v1.7 or can I just download the most recent one, or do I just need certain patches, say from v1.3 or v1.4 up to v1.7?

No, most games in recent years will patch straight from 1.0 to 1.XX.

So basically install game from DVD then patch to 1.7.

AFAIK there is no incremental patch for 1.7 so you'll need to patch it to 1.6 first.

Ah yeah, I'm downloading v1.6 now with the extra maps etc, because it says it also includes all of the patches upto 1.5 aswell. So I just need v1.6 and v1.7.
