cod4 prob

everytime i join a game i get kicked within a minute or 2,it says something like punkbuster failed to init or something like that,any ideas guys?i have latest update and punkbuster is enabled in the options....thanks.

my friend had that prob and well em lets just say hes still having it after updated pb resintall of the game etc yet my 1 works just fine sorry cant help you

When you join a game bring down the console and type pb_sv_update. That fixes it for most people.

lol ive just had to reinstall it due to vista doing a dump on me ie format of the my c and and reinstall cod 4 installed fine patched and running great online yet 2142 still lags (bad coding) i say

and yeah 2142 is a bit of a lagger,with my old 8800gts 320meg the titans were a joke.
