ARGH!

Why are some players so utterly stupid? I've nearly given up playing Domination now because of it!

When we have 2 of 3 flags, why do they leave them unguarded and go kill hunting only to become picked off and leave everyone shafted as the other team gets air-strikes/heli's?!?!

And why o why do people never ever go for the flags when we are down? You can see someone sitting there trying to cap a flag and doesn't offer any assistance and just goes for the kills. If you want to do that, go and play TDM!!!

Oh and one last thing, if the opposition has a helicopter, why do around 95% of people ignore it and not even shoot it at all?!?!?!

/Rant over, sorry but had to air my frustrations somewhere!

Most people on CoD4 usually have no idea what they're doing or end up team killing on hardcore - up to the point that I dislike hardcore modes now.

I don’t think you will ever find a time where people don’t play like this, it’s always been a fact in MP gaming and always will – people get enjoyment from the games in different ways, and whilst it may be frustrating, there’s no point getting worked up over it.

I played a bunch of rounds on BFBC last night and saw the two extremes:

For a couple of games I was on a stonking team, they would attack and steam roller the other team in no time at all, then on defence we won the game without losing a single gold crate.
On the other hand I also ended up playing with a complete joke of a team, where most players were simply focused on doing their own thing, resulting in us getting thrashed in no time at all.

I think the only thing you can do in these circumstances, rather than stay and carry the team, is to simply leave – there are plenty of other servers out there

I've had the same experiences as you Scort. Except when I was playing last night it was 6 v 3 and then the other two guys on my team left the game so it was six on one

But no I've seen many instances like that on COD4. Where people just blatantly ignore the objectives they're set and just go out empyting magazines on everyone.

Thing is, well for me anyway, those cases are rare so it doesn't bother me too much.

Played domination in shipment lol? It is actually impossible to follow objectives.

Play with 5 fellow OCUK players. You never lose on domination and still get very good kill to deaths as the enemy never get UAVs up

happens on the PC version as well, really annoyed me the lack of 'TEAM' play so i gone back to TF2 as that is great when you are part of a lil community.

my brother has COD4 on his xbox and he says he only plays it when hes got mates that are online as well otherwise its no fun.
