COD4 res problem

I changed my res to a mode my monitor cant support by accident.

Id these anyway I can change it back with a console command or a way to start the game in safe mode or something so I can get it back again?

having trouble finding that, do you mean in the game folder?

C:/program files/activision/cod4/ etc?

Cant find it in there, maybe im bein stupid.

OK, I looked and I dont have a players or profile folder

In C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare

All I have is

Docs
zone
miles
main
Mods
pb

And some other files like the exe and some .dll's

No set res command I can blindly type into the console?

Thanks Lunix, thats where it is.

I managed to do it already though using another monitor that supported the res I set.
