COD4 S&D players

I just love the general lack of whiney little babies on promod servers.
Personally, I wouldn't be trying to convince some of these people how good promod is. Let them stay on the pub servers.

Totally agree with this actually. If you play promod, you know your playing with decent people, so you dont get
"Noob Hacker"
"P!$$ off"
and all the general Wtfs.

Went back to cod2 for a few games the other day, and boy did i see some whining, really got to me actually :/

Aha yeh, total mess up on the scope. In the patch notes they said something like, because they don't stand much of a chance up close. Well tbh since when were snipers sent face to face against smg's or ak's. :D They don't have a Deagle to play with for nothing.

I managed to no scope someone across crash the other night, way too easily, and I'm not the most amazing scope playing. :p

The scope works completely fine in the current competitive scene.

It is by no means accurate, you ever played CoD2? Try the scopes on that game, have fun :)

I love CoD4 how it is stock, I just hate servers with rules, servers without killcam, and people who moan about stuff like marty's, bunny hopping, call you a cheater, call you a noob, call you a wallhacker, etc...

fact is, the people who dont play competitive simply dont understand, and by competitive i mean playing in clanbase, esl or enemydown. you are obviously clueless and extremely argumentative about something that has been in the game since day one. complaining about something that everyone can do and is commonly accepted is very very funny.

i to play in competitive leagues(mpl and cod league) with the clan i'm in now, so i do understand and the leagues you play in are full of bunnyhopping children and hackers who wont go anywhere near hardcore or realism servers cus they need alittle more thought than running around spraying everything that moves.

why are you so against it? i dont understand what your problem is? yes there is children, there is the 'maturity' problem in anyone online game.

what defeats you instantly is how popular softcore and promod is, so something must be right.

this whole argument was started because someone complained about bunnyhopping, funny that :rolleyes: i hate matrydom, laststand and hardcore but i wouldnt openly lame someone about it out of the blue because its what they like, but no, because the good people strafe jump, people that quite honestly are just not good, feel the need to be all macho and call them lame and noobs for doing it.

tell you what, go call people who win money at lans bunnyhopping noobs, id take the money and say thanks, then id tell you to enjoy hardcore going nowhere, but if its what you enjoy then have fun with it.

funny that you play in leagues that have no sponsorship or any affilation with any company at all, must be well good leagues mate!

Imo the scope shouldn't be that accurate when unscoped. It was a lot better when you couldn't hit a barn door, because it made noscopes a lot more 'classy'.

I've never played cod2 no.

And I wasn't bragging over the noscope, simply stating how easy it was for the average joe scoper to pick an r700 up and shoot some random shots across map and pick up a kill.

Seen the video btw, good watch but I prefer 9lives. :)

I think you're completely missing the point here. Promod completely rebalances the game, don't just look at a list of changes and screams "OMGGG THATTSSSSS FOR n000000000bbbbb5555555555!!!!1111" without even giving it a shot. Your two main arguments of stopping power and the P90 are completely irrelevant, as everybody has stopping power cancelling it out entirely and the P90 isn't even in the game. The hitboxes haven't been made bigger either, I don't know what they've done but they're not at all bigger.

And surely hardcore is more for noobs, it makes the game a one hit kill with pretty much everything so you just need to spray a few bullets in the general direction to get a kill. Softcore /Promod actually requires you to aim and hit the enemy a few times before they'll die, it's not just the first person who sees the enemy sprays them as much as possible and kills them instantly.

Stopping power only? Thats for noobs? WOT. What perks do you use.

Oh and p90 isnt in promod, sorry.
