COD4 vs MW2 vs Black Ops

I have just bought myself BOps (£15:D) and having gone back to the last two IW games over the last few weeks, i was wondering which is top dog?

On reflection i think I prefer COD4, if not just for the reason it feels like a PC game, although MW2 is imho not as bad as many made it out to be (although a lack of DS does make things tedious at times).

Has Black Ops got any better and is it something which grows on you?

mods alone are better than bfbc2. best recent fps.

COD4 is the last good COD easily.

Epic fps, in the same mould as CSS, ie it is a classic which will be still played in 10 + years time.

However, I wanted a team based game, or at least something that promoted team tactics etc....

I moved on to MW2 which was absolutly crap (small teams and no dedicated servers).

Eventually BFBC2 came out and wow, what a good game. Love it.

BO I skipped becuase one I got BFBC2 and two its just more of the same and too similar to MW2.

Im looking forward to Battlefield 3 to be honest. I think I'v been converted from a COD fan in to a Battle Field fan, mostly due to the utter crap that was MW2.
 
CoD4 reigns all, it was very well made and was fresh. they've ripped it off completely now, Black op's singleplayer while enjoyable is forgettable while CoD4 isn't, the MP to additionally is awesome.
 
I like all of the Call of Duty Games. Over the last year I've been playing MW2 but the ammount of hackers the the ammount of time it taken to get into a game with my clan was redicolous so we gone back to COD4 and got a server.

Since Black Ops has came out I've not touched either of them. Really like Black Ops and it runs so smooth since I did my upgrade.
 
COD4 by far.

Playing MW2 and Black Ops just reminds me how close to perfection COD4 actually is. No doubt it will be played for many years to come just like CS 1.6 and CS:S. Been playing it flat out over the last 2 weeks or so, absolutely love it!
 
I really can't see that much difference between MW1 and BLOPS. They both run great on my system. I guess that would be the falling point, BLOPS doesn't run as well as MW1.

I think the fact that COD4 is 3 years old says a lot to be honest.

I'll reserve judgement until i play BOps online.
 
Another vote for CoD4, i reinstalled the game last week and had forgot how good it is, it really does show all the perks and gimmicks (of later CoD's) up for what they are, and besides, nothing can replace my love for the silenced G3 on HC <3

I own all three but I've always preferred Cod4 out of all the Cod games. Mw2 I found the single player to be underwhealming and the multiplayer ridiculously unbalanced. Black Ops story was very disjointed, although the multiplayer aspect is a lot better than Mw2. Still, for me Cod4 has the perfect blend of a great campaign, the best multiplayer maps and the most balanced perk system.
 
mw2 is worst game .

full of hackers ten times more than any other game
takes twenty minutes to get in with friends
always laggy
no dedicated servers
no console

could go on all day its that bad.

black ops may be bad to some but worse than mw2 come on :D
