COD4 vs MW2 vs Black Ops

not delusion it is how many leagues ladders play bfbc2
how many play cod 4 ?

how many mods are on bfbc2 ?
how many on cod 4 ?

how many maps ?

how many players ?

how many oh you know cod 4 beats it in everything but graphics :D
 
cod4 was good in the day
bo is good for clan matches
bc2 is good pubbing :D

oh and mw2 well did not buy that poop they aint got my moneys!
 
COD4- All time classic FPS.

COD MW2 - Great game special ops in particular is well worth the cost alone one of the best Co-Op experiences ever made & the SP is epic & highly cinematic in places. I found it slightly more re-playable than COD4 the blind hatrid from some hardcore PC gamers for this game is verging on the insane as the game truly deserves a lot of love!




CODBO I thought was really poor in every possible way but especially the 10 year old looking MP gfx & buggy maps. Its for me a POS from start to finish even if COD4/MW2 were not of such a higher standard it would be average at best but coinsidering how much money Activision have this is at best for me a poor release & I wish I never bought it..............
 
COD4 was awesome, MW2, i have it but dont play it much, black ops, well im not that impressed at all tbh. BFBC2 is a very good game, but its different from the cod series. Also loved BF2
 
BO is far better than the other 2, but if the next CoD is on steam I will not buy it.

Well I may but only when like MW2 I pick it up cheap as chips :)
 
- COD4 was awesome
- MW2 was a great game, but the forcing of console-style client-side "matchmaking" led to huge lag and hacking problems
- BO is basically MW2 with new weapons, maps, dedicated servers and a few changes.
- BFBC2 is a different type of game, more strategic and less forgiving than COD, but for me it's the better game, much more depth.

Spurred on by the love shown towards BFBC2 in this thread I price-checked Steam and can get it for a reasonable $20

But when I go to complete my purchase it's suddenly $40... sadly outside of my spontaneous impulse purchase limit :mad:

Gonna buck the trend here and go with MW2, the forced console features do put a bit of a damper on an otherwise good game, but get in on a good host without cheaters or too many people using the lamer perks and its a blast. However COD4 with some of the better stuff from MW2 and Black Ops added in and none of the negative aspects of both would be far better than either.
 
Call of Duty died when COD4 came out, they turned it into CSS with perks.

Give me a Kar98 and I'll kick all your arses ;)
