COD4 wont load :(

Just went to load up cod4, ran fine last time I played it and I havent made any changes, now I get this message

Create2DTexture( 3_cursor3, 64, 64, 0, 861165636 ) failed: 8876086c = Invalid call

Whats wrong with it?
