Hi

Is it just me or is anyone else not being able to play multiplay??? everytime I refresh the list no servers come up????

I dont honestly know mate ... I must admit it did seem a tad slower loading up. 20K servers listed

Have you changed anything lately ?

I use Xfire, all fine here.

edit: just tried in game and i get 11k servers

i only seem to get 200 + ping servers xfire filters correctly

I'll double check now how many I get .... must admit I didnt let it fully refresh but it was showing 20K at point of clicking BACK button ...

yep 10k+ here i stoped it after that aswell, seems spot on to me.

bugger, really ***** me off and no i havent changed anything, playing fine yesterday morning before going to work, try to get on now and nothing !!!!

One thing I have thought off, I am switching ISP at the moment could that be the problem ???

Joe do you play any other multiplayer games ? Is this only happening with COD4 ...

COD4 has been hammered in plenty of forums for high ping reports and lack of server lists. I get it at my house on any of the 4 pc's that play it. Some say its down to the 1.5 patch. I tend to reboot my router and pc, then everything seems fine.

Turned off antivirus, windows firewall, peerguardian and/or whatever programs you use that could potentially block connections?

I had an issue where peerguardian blocked server refreshes...

Forgot to mention, yeah some apps block the punbuster services from starting correctly. Double check those too.
