I think that is to do with the Intel smart connect software. It is not important though and shouldn't stop your pc from working I don't think

Edit: try installing the software in this link http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20866

Edit 2: the software above seems to require an earlier version pre installed. Check your motherboard driver disk?
