A whole host of Codemasters games are on sale until the 26th of this month on Steam. DiRT Rally is on sale with a genorous 33% off mark up, which makes it a bargain! You can also get your hands on DiRT 3 Complete Edition at 50% off, DiRT Showdown at 80% off and even the original Colin McRae Rally at 80% off if you fancy going "old skool".

More detail below!

How come I can't see that sale in the Steam Program? On the web is fine.. weird.

Edit: DiRT Showdown for £2 is silly good.. I bought it £10 new from GAME.

I saw Grid Autosport was in the sale at £6 something, it just prompted me to search and buy it from a key site for around half that still :p

Just take note that DIRT Rally is not your average DIRT game..
Remember you can get a refund through steam if you've played less than two hours and purchased through steam!

to judge dirt rally you need to put the effort in . 2hrs wont make you colin mcrae :p id say before you put in probably 50 hrs minimum. then you start to get the game and why its so good.

Agreed - it takes a while to get into, though people aren't going to continue playing a game they aren't enjoying just to get to the point where they start enjoying it :p

you will enjoy it . its just you wont get the full experience of the game because of the learning curve with driving in it.

dirt 3 i could eat my dinner and drive and come first.

dirt rally to come first you have to drive very fast very well and its a real work out.lots when it first came out for making it easier.i think that it is so challenging is what makes it so fun and good.

im 300+ hrs in on dirt rally now and i don't even know all the tracks :p

Is DiRT Rally playable using a pad or is it one of those games that really come into their own with a wheel? (I sold my wheel some time ago because I wasn't using it enough!)

You can use a pad though a steering wheel is a far greater experience.

The purple shirt /computer earth people have Logitech G27s for £99 :)

RBR was pants with a controller and no space for a wheel in thr forseeable future, can you still have fun with a controller?

There was a deal on HUKD recently about G27s for £99... (maybe same people)

I got my G27 out of currys about a year ago for £150. It's still in the box :S
