Coffee table joystick

looks excellent, did you do anything to help tidy the cables away?

I made a hollow section directly under the table top where all the wires and the interface go. I have cats so it was vital that all the wiring was hidden away.

First thing I thought whan I saw this was "hmmm, that would kill my back after 5 mins of gaming". Good on ya for doing it... hope your back's up to it! ;)

You should sell them OP, how much did the stick and table cost?

The table I already had. It's only a cheap one though so £60 ish?
The buttons, sticks and USB interface cost £52.

It took me 3 hours to drill the holes, design the layout and wire up the interface.
I'd need to sell them for £200+ to make decent margin while paying for my time and I can't see people going for that.

I'm thinking of using some better buttons as the ones I used were only budget ones. If I do replace them I'll do a full build log as I will need to completely disassemble it anyway.

IDK, £200 might not be a big ask for some retro/collector gamers. They tend to be 30+ and have disposable income :D

List one on the bay as made to order and see what happens
