Stop using Google Chrome? Or RMA it if it's still in warranty.
Are you sure that it is the PSU and not the motherboard? Have you tried disabling all power-saving features in the BIOS to check if the noise will go away?when i use google chrome my psu makes this sound, when i close chrome it goes away.

does it do the same when you move the wheel on your mouse? ALL models of ocz psu have faults with that. not saying everyone you get will do it but ive have 5 that did all different models and they give me a upgrade every time ha ha got a z 1000w and that did it so i rma's it and the new one is fine
hmm so its nothing to worry about?they told me its fine
is that tune prodigy?
The name of this noise is called "coil whine", you can google this term to understand it's reasons. Usually components pulling a lot of 12V power that do not respect the ATX spec 100% cause one of the 12v rails to whine. It's not a fault in itself, most psu's will do this power depending on the components hooked to it.
Hopefully you find the answer to your questions with this search term.
