coil whine/squealing from MB

They use solid caps on those mb's its not like old mb's with open coil caps,change the psu its electromagnetic interference from psu and the mb/cpu power saving if you want link to psu that doesn't cause noise lemme know

There is no such thing as an open coil cap

Caps and coils are 2 different things

Caps = capacitors which act as a low pass filter

Coils = inductors/chokes which act as a high pass filter

I've found coils tend to be far more winey than caps, espececially when they are not tightly wound
