Coke Life

It's annoying that they've dropped the bottle size as well from 2l to 1.75l, been stockpiling bottles of Coke Zero Cherry whilst it's been on offer at Tesco.

Cherry Coke Zero IS A THING???

OT: Had a Coke Life at lunch. Crap.

LOL its being advertised in Sweden now so came here to see if there was a thread...

Will have to get a bottle to try. I'm not a huge coke drinker anyway but the advertising pull is too immense and my brain too weak.

Oh come on, it's obvious he mean original coke. It's an expression. Full fat something means something with ALL the things in it without anything removed.

This. Some people are just so picky on the forums at the minute.

Whenever i do have a coke in a pub or whatever always ask for full fat. No one quizzes me.

Meh. I suppose it does taste a bit closer to normal coke than Coke Zero or Diet coke but it's still a pretty pour approximation, Pepsi Max is still the way to go if you must go for such a thing.

Well tried it just now. No idea what the fuss is.. Tastes like a little bit like a diet coke but less watery. Wont buy it again...

No one does, it's impossible. People love posting the rat study, but they were saturated in aspartame which isn't possible from food. Would need to get it in pure form and start eating it by the kilo.
It's safety limit is set to 40mg/kg that can be consumed every day if your life. Or about 6-7litres a day depending on your weight. It's one of the most study food additives in history and all come back as safe.

Not saying it's dangerous but Aspartame seems not to agree with me. I used to get plenty of recurrant headaches in my teens. Someone suggested cutting out aspartame and they stopped (I get perhaps one or two headaches per year now).

It seems I can have a small quantity of something containing aspartame without a reaction but any more than a couple of cans and it gets me.

I think there's room for a coke that is just less sweet. I used to water mine down with soda water but generally I don't drink cola these days.
