Cold Cathode Installation, Need Help!

i cant believe i didnt think of putting them together -_- for some reason i thought they had to go into the mobo or something stupid like that , first time building a computer and i know little, but i thought id would have a go anyway lol gotta start somewhere and yeah i had the switches were on, on the box
