I've had these since I was 15. Now I'm almost 40.

I doubt it is anything untoward. But definitely go to the docs, they will do a full check, bloods and everything, especially if you have a thin file.

Worth it just for the general check up. You have to look after your body, its the greatest thing you'll ever own...

why don' they teach this stuff in schools...

In case you're referring to my post # 39, my wife switched the C/H timer from coming on for one hour in the a.m. to take the chill off, then coming on again at 17.30 until 22.30, to permanently off around May, just H/W on 24 hours per day.
It's no doubt a simple thing to put it back, but I can't be ***** to try and do it.
When it is on, (the heating), I can easily either adjust the thermostat, or push the over-ride and turn it off.
I KNOW, I KNOW, I surely should be able to adjust the timer, but it's one of those things that I've always left to her.
