Got some OcUK plates made from him a year or so back, superb quality, I even donated them to OcUK when I'd finished with them, you'll see them sometimes in Gibbo's AMD promo's 
Experience was brilliant, I gave Ricardo the vector image of what I required (thanks again stig!) and he came back with the design for approval:
Once I gave him the go-ahead, getting them made and ready to ship took around 4 days and then a further 3-4 days in shipping, shipping costs were reasonable too, especially as its from Portugal, iirc it was just over £10 in delivery.

I highly recommend him, just make sure to have either a high resolution image or vector file of what you want as it makes life easier at his end
